Yet TFG tries to wiggle out of it by saying the president was not mentioned so the president is not an officer, he didn't have his hand on the bible when he took his oath of office so it doesn't count, Congress has to vote and decide whether or not he is an insurrectionist, etc.

His rubes may buy it but the rest of us see this for the sleazy word games that laywers resort to when they can't come up with any legitimate defense.
