That is an interesting perspective. Thanks for writing this article. I see your point that darker-skinned Black folks are often excluded in favor of those who could pass for white, and this needs to change. Anyone of any color can see this; all it takes is open eyes and an open mind.

That said -- Ms. Harris may or may not be Black, but she's definitely BRAT! And she has my vote for that. Otherwise, the felon gets in and it's game over.
