Thanks for this reply! You're right, I generally avoid eye contact, and I also don't stare at a person's skin, hair, clothes, belongings, etc. I feel that to do any of these things would be invasive / rude.

Eye contact seems to be a big issue. This always strikes me as a bit strange, because in many parts of the world eye contact (except maybe with spouse or family) is considered rude. So seeing this article mention lack of eye contact as a sign of racism touched a nerve a bit.

It's tough being autistic, and having the whole world telling me that what I am is wrong and I'd better be like everyone else or else. Most people my color don't even see racism but I can see it loud and clear by analogy with my condition. It sucks bigtime, that's why I strive to be anti-racist.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply to my concerns. One less thing to worry about.
