Thanks for saying this. Thanks especially for saying that sacred things are not for sale. I relate to this because i was raised Catholic and Catholics have a similar rule about not selling sacred things. So I don't buy sacred things and encourage others to refrain from this also.

For cleansing and banishing, I use ordinary cooking sage, like the kind sold on the spice rack of at some grocery stores. Incense sticks also work. I like cooking sage because it is not endangered, it's easy to grow, and it's in the same family as sacred sage. It can grow in a pot if there's no space for a garden.

Or maybe my Native ancestors are cutting me some slack and letting me do this, but it wouldn't work for those without Native ancestors. Thoughts?
