In the videos' context, most of those gestures were clearly waves. The arm was relaxed and bent, the fingers were spread, and the hand was relaxed. The Joe Rogan clip was a bit iffy, but the context is telling.

The Musk gesture was different from all of these. It included a straight arm, a straight hand, fingers joined and curved, etc.

Rather than debunked, Musk's tasteless jokes in the aftermath confirmed the Nazi connections.
