I think I found the person you call "Sasquatch man." He's about two-thirds of the way down from the top of the photo, a tall Black guy with his hair in a natural style, smartly dressed in a black suit jacket despite the August heat. He's holding his phone up, and you can see the white cuffs under his coat at the wrists, right?

No, he's not Sasquatch. He's just a slightly bigger guy. His head is a tad bigger than the people around him but well within the range of the usual variation and in proportion to his body.

If he were as out of proportion to the surrounding folks as you suggest, I wouldn't have had to look so hard to find him. He would have jumped right out at first glance.
