I saw the video. At one point, he said something along the lines of "I'm going to do something, but you're not going to like it" and offered the dog a treat. She would then have had reason to believe that he was about to poison her dog. That was when things started to go sideways.
I disagree with what she did next -- call the police and say he was threatening her. Although offering the dog a treat was dicey, he did not threaten her. She said things that could have resulted in a man getting killed for no good reason. She weaponized the State against a Black man, and that's flat-out wrong.
All I'm saying is, there's enough blame to go around here. This is not a popular thing to say, so I generally refrain from commenting on this incident.
