I hear you. Reading articles like this gives me the same thoughts. And, from what I've seen, most of the anti-racist white folks I've met are marginalized in other ways. We're queer, disabled, neurodiverse, etc, and not likely to be in a position to decide who gets hired or who gets a bank loan.
However, we can still refuse to be foot-soldiers for white supremacy. Befriend a Black neighbor or coworker, don't be suspicious of someone just because they're Black. Watch out for Black people who may be treated unjustly in public and be ready to speak up. Don't call the police or the management over small infractions. And so on. Most importantly, do all this quietly, just let God keep score.
