I admire Dr. Hawkins and his message, however, it's not for everyone or even for most people. He acknowledges this himself when he says that a small handful of people acting from "higher" vibration states can offset the vast majority of people acting from "lower" states. And he stresses that the states are not in a hierarchy where one is "better" than the other -- the numbers simply refer to the amount of power available at each level.

"Love your enemies" is a tremendous ask, yet those of us who are up to it are being called to do exactly that. Those of us who have ears, let us hear. Those of us who think this is nonsense are ok in their own realities. We're all learning and doing the best we can with what we have where we are.

In this election, we as a society have opted to go through a dark night of the soul together. Let's remember that and hold each other in love.
