Does that Oxford study take into account the time and labor needed to obtain and prepare the plant-based food? Does it take into account that many poor people right here in the USA live in urban food deserts , may have to travel several miles or more by bus or foot to get the ingredients for plant-based food? Or that Natives may have to travel hundreds of miles to get these ingredients? Or does it assume that women's work is of no value?
