Indeed. When the Dunning-Kruger effect hooks up with racism, they make some really ugly kids.

And yeah, not all white people. But we Euro-mutts all know folks to whom this applies all too well. And it's very tricky trying to talk to them, because they think their lack of education makes them superior.
